“Casa de amistad” or House of friendship” is our two bedroom duplex that easily sleeps six people.

Our Property offers a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven and microwave, as well as a bathroom with bath and shower.

Bedroom one has a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two has two single beds and ample cupboard space. There is also a fully sprung double bed settee in the lounge area.

A roof top solarium overlooks a large pool and delightful communal gardens.

Three minutes walk from beach, several restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The sun-drenched town is located in the Province of Almeria within easy reach of several airports.

The miles of sandy beaches are blessed by an average of 320 plus days of sunshine per year, yet the Sierra Nevada is just two hours away for winter ski.

During the main summer months many forms of water sports including jet skiing, water skiing, pedal boats and windsurfing are available.

The warm winter temperatures make Mojacar an ideal location for recharging your batteries or escaping the UK winter blues. Average temperatures in Mojacar range from 69 degrees F in January to 99 degrees F in July and August.
